As part of Nike's Black History Month celebration, RUNGRL partnered to host a panel entitled Until We All Win: The Power of Sport + Culture. Attendees took a historic running tour through Howard University, circling back to the Howard Theater for a panel discussion.

 

Panelists included Jennifer King, the NFL’s first full-time Black female coach, Brandon Copeland, founder of Khepera Wellness, musician and performer Malik Dope, and myself. We discussed the importance of authentic Black and safe wellness and creative spaces, creating your own path, pursuing your passions, and the meaning of #UntilWeAllWin.
